Privacy notice

This notice explains what information this website collects and how it is used.

Information you send us

When you submit the contact form or a distributor application, the details you enter (such as your name, email address, phone number, location and message) are stored so the EVERLAST team can respond to you and review applications.

Colour Studio

Designs you save and your recently used colours are stored only in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to EVERLAST. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Your location

The distributor directory can sort results by distance only if you press “Near me” and grant permission. Your location is used in your browser to calculate distances and is not sent to or stored by EVERLAST.

Maps

Distributor maps load map tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives standard request information (such as your IP address) when tiles load.
